Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1) Policy Statement

Brownie Pointss has zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM. Prohibited content or conduct may result in removal, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.

2) Scope

Applies to all users and features including profiles, usernames, Memories (images/video/captions), Wishlists, and links.

3) Definitions

• Child/Minor: under 18 (or local age of majority).
• CSAE: sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors.
• CSAM: any depiction/representation sexualizing a minor, including AI-generated.

4) Strictly Prohibited

• Creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or linking to CSAM.
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual content or meetings from a minor.
• Sexualization of minors in captions, emojis, coded language, or fantasies.
• Impersonating a minor to obtain sexual content.
• Coordinating/praising/instructing others to engage in CSAE.

5) Reporting

• In‑app: Profile → Settings → Report a Concern.
• Email: safety@browniepointss.com (include usernames, links, timestamps).

We review promptly and may disable content/accounts during investigation.

6) Enforcement

• Content removal and feature restrictions.
• Account suspension/termination.
• Preservation and reporting to authorities as required by law.

7) Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations as legally appropriate.

8) Safety by Design

• Adult-intended audience.
• Private by default, with per-post visibility controls.
• Rate limits, abuse signals, block/report tools, moderation reviews.
• In‑app safety tips and reporting links.

9) Appeals

For appeals, email dpo@browniepointss.com from your registered email. No appeals for confirmed CSAE/CSAM.

10) Updates

We may update this policy. Significant changes are announced in‑app or on our website.
